A year ago we posted the below note of European logistics activity based on large-scale alternative data processing, based on network flow of goods and road transport activity, the two main indicators of demand for logistics space with 1-2 year leading characteristics.
New Prologis research released few weeks ago (29 January 2026), confirms that rental growth has fallen the most in the locations that we indicated a year ago, the transport corridor from Netherlands across Germany into CEE. Another weak market identified at the time was north-eastern submarkets of Paris / Ile-de-France.
